About The Position
The Graduate Mentor supports students who are at risk of not meeting graduation requirements by providing individualized guidance and resources. This role focuses on developing and monitoring Student Success Plans, facilitating credit recovery opportunities, and/or providing students with academic support. The Graduate Mentor works collaboratively with school staff to remove barriers to graduation and empower students to achieve their academic goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with at-risk students.
- Ability to develop and monitor Student Success Plans.
- Knowledge of credit recovery strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience in a school setting.
