About The Position

Prepare cold foods for restaurant and banquet operations, including salads, sandwiches, desserts, meat and cheese trays, vegetables, fruits, butter, and salad dressing. Work together with other staff. Rotate and mark products, and clean areas as requested.

Requirements

• Prior food preparation or cooking experience is required.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Safe food handling certification is preferred.
