Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in panel wiring or a related field
Strong understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
Familiarity with electrical control panels and equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Responsibilities

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Install, assemble, and wire electrical control panels according to specifications
Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure proper functioning
Install and connect wiring and electrical components in control panels and equipment
Perform quality checks to ensure panels meet industry standards and client requirements
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
