We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Panel Shop Technician at our manufacturing facility in Jonesboro. The Panel Shop Technician provides electrical support by building electrical components for specific orders and providing insight on electrical issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical knowledge, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines
- 3 years of related experience or training
- Must be able to perform all assigned responsibilities noted above
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- A.A. in the field of electronics or technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install clutches and brakes on motors
- Provide mag starters/electrical controls for shipment on special and stockyard orders
- Provide electrical support to Sales, Distributors, and End Users
- Maintain test carts, drum switches, and wiring
- Stock and maintain inventory of electrical items
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
