About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically assistant managers. This role requires natural leadership skills, judgment, math abilities, and the capacity to multitask. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management.
Work to a schedule and ensure perfect image and adherence to standards.
Provide great customer service.
Ensure attendance and punctuality.
Maintain store cleanliness.
Participate in marketing efforts.
Contribute to store profitability.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
