Requirements

Experience building and wiring industrial control panels
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
Experience with machine wiring and equipment installation
Knowledge of control wiring, PLC I/O, relays, motor starters, and VFDs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and pride in keeping work areas clean and efficient
A valid driver's license and insurability
Willingness to learn, grow, and mentor others as opportunities arise

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire custom industrial control panels
Install and terminate electrical components, devices, and control systems
Wire industrial equipment and machinery according to engineering drawings
Perform quality checks and testing of completed panels and systems
Troubleshoot wiring and control issues during assembly and startup
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field electricians to ensure successful project completion
Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
