We are looking for a Tech & Demo Lead to join the Customer Experiences Team in Palo Alto Customer Welcome Center (CWC), located at HP HQ. This is a highly visible role, representing one of the world’s leading Tech Companies to its most valuable customers and partners through a robust and diverse executive briefing program. The ideal candidate is an energetic and confident self-starter with strong technical expertise across Personal Systems, Print and Conference solutions, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The Tech & Demo Lead ensures seamless technical execution and readiness of all CWC briefings and experiences. This role is responsible for setting up and managing AV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing all content and demo environments to deliver a high-quality, impactful customer experience.
