About The Position

Temple Health invites applications for a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician to join a collaborative academic practice with a split inpatient and outpatient role. The physician will work within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. In the Palliative Care role, the physician will provide clinical care while mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows through teaching and curriculum development, in close collaboration with Temple University Hospital and health system initiatives.

Requirements

M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
Completion of ACGME-accredited residency and Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine fellowship programs.
Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.
Unrestricted medical license & DEA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by start date.
Ability to work effectively in an urban environment is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care within an interdisciplinary team.
Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through teaching and curriculum development.
Collaborate with Temple University Hospital and health system initiatives.
