This opportunity is for Board Eligible/Certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine physicians. The practice is located at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center in Long Beach, California, and MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center in Fountain Valley, California. Orange Coast is a 240-bed facility, and Saddleback has 248 beds. The total daily patient volume is approximately 50, with most patients managed by Nurse Practitioners under physician supervision. The patient population is primarily geriatric, and Epic EMR is utilized. The facilities have been recognized as a Top Workplace and the #1 Best Hospital in Orange County, and received a Silver-Level Beacon Award for Critical Care Excellence.
