Palliative Care Physician – St. Cloud, MN
About The Position
CentraCare’s Palliative Care team at St. Cloud Hospital is seeking a physician to primarily serve our inpatient population, with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well. Join a supportive, collaborative team of 3 physicians, 5 APPs, 3 RNs, and an LPN with access to Spiritual Care, Psychotherapy services, and dedicated support staff including a team assistant along with outpatient clinic space and the option for virtual visits. This role offers a strong blend of collaboration and clinical autonomy within a sustainable practice model that supports work–life balance. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, guide thoughtful goals-of-care conversations, and provide expert symptom management, all in a well-supported, patient-centered environment.
Requirements
- BE/BC in Palliative Care Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
