About The Position

The Warehouse Palletizer unloads and sorts totes, full cases, and coolers, then transfers and stacks products onto pallets by route and stop number. The role ensures pallets are orderly and properly built before loading. Additional duties include scanning packages, consolidating cases, removing empty pallets, cleaning palletizing lanes during and at the end of each shift, and communicating lane mechanical issues to management. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe working practices as instructed.
• Ability to work efficiently independently of direct supervision.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and goals.
• Ability and willingness to complete repetitive, high-urgency activities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others, proactively addressing problems and avoiding crises when possible.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
• Ability to carry 20 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently stand, climb, bend, and walk.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload totes, full cases, and coolers while maintaining quality.
• Sort, transfer, and stack cases of goods or products onto pallets.
• Palletize products by route and stop number, ensuring pallets are orderly and properly built before loading.
• Scan each individual package.
• Condense cases and remove empty pallets.
• Clean the work area, including palletizing lanes, during the shift and at shift end.
• Communicate mechanical issues with the lanes to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
