About The Position
To provide support in bagging line operations specific to preparing, stacking boxes to designated pallet, ensuring labels are correct and pallet is placed in the correct location. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. Requirements

- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to climb or balance.
- Ability to talk, hear, taste or smell.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Ability to occasionally climb and balance.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision for testing, distance vision, color vision for testing and seeing color, peripheral vision to observe two processes, depth perception for working with equipment and the ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.
- Ability to work in extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.
- Ability to work in a loud noise environment.
Responsibilities
- Palletize boxes.
- Set up workstation for packaging.
- Verify correct product specifications, ensure correct labels.
- Practice GMP and food safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively.
