Auto Palletizer - Wenatchee Plant
About The Position
Verify and/or prepare the container by sealing and labeling the boxes which are conveyed to the auto Palletizer. Ensure product is properly inspected, packaged and stacked to the customer requirements. Initial "Product Out" sheet signifying case count, case labels and pallet tickets are correct. Transfer product to storage. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action. Regular & Predictable Attendance is essential to this position.
Requirements
- Use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Climb or balance.
- Talk, hear, taste or smell.
- Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Occasionally climb and balance.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Close vision for testing.
- Distance vision.
- Color vision for testing and seeing color.
- Peripheral vision to observe two processes.
- Depth perception for working with equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.
Responsibilities
- Ensure pallets are stacked according to specification, ensure product meets specification.
- Operate forklift, monitor machine performance, maintain equipment.
- Complete paperwork and manifesting procedures.
- Monitor supplies.
- Communicate effectively.
