About The Position

We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our pallet repair team. This job requires frequent lifting (up to 65 lbs.) and safe use of tools such as sawzalls, nail guns, pry bars, and hammers. Prior experience is helpful but not required—on-the-job training is provided. If you like working with your hands and want to earn based on your effort, this is the job for you.

Requirements

• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely
• Proficiency in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pallet repair or related fields
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Inspect pallets for damage and determine necessary repairs.
