About The Position

Millwood is accepting applications for general laborer positions to handle a variety of day-to-day jobs. The role involves hands-on physical labor and operating machinery to streamline company production and support customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Plant Manager and floor supervisors. The schedule is an eight-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with first- and second-shift availability. Base pay is offered, with performance opportunities and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to stand, bend or stoop, kneel, lift, reach, and perform other physical tasks during an 8–10-hour shift.
• Must be able to understand and complete job tasks accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
• Punctuality, respect for coworkers and supervisors, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn multiple jobs and grow with the company.
