About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians. No prior experience is needed as we provide comprehensive, paid training to equip you with the skills for a successful career. This role involves traveling to customer locations or working at assigned sites to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. You will also be responsible for reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, negotiating approvals, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our services. This is a life-changing career opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities
