Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training Included
About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This entry-level position offers comprehensive paid training, allowing individuals with no prior experience to learn a specialized skill with unlimited earning potential. As a PDR Technician, you will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. You will also be responsible for reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, negotiating approvals, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our services.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
