About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to train as Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians. This entry-level position offers comprehensive paid training, with no prior experience required. The role involves traveling to customer locations or assigned sites to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include reviewing completed work with customers, managing work orders, negotiating approvals, and building strong customer relationships. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, offering a path to significant income growth and career advancement within the company.

Requirements

Aptitude with hand tools
Interest in learning a new skill
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
