Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training Included
About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to train as Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians. This entry-level position offers comprehensive paid training, including travel and lodging, to equip you with the skills for a successful career in automotive reconditioning. No prior experience is needed, only a positive attitude, aptitude with hand tools, and a desire to learn. You will travel to customer locations or assigned sites to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include reviewing completed work with customers, managing work orders, and building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
