About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an entry-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided. This role involves traveling to customer locations or working at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include reviewing completed work with customers, managing work orders, and building strong customer relationships. The position offers uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential ranging from $60,000-$150,000+. Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
