About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to train as Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians. This entry-level position offers comprehensive paid training, including travel and lodging, to equip you with the skills for a successful career in automotive reconditioning. No prior experience is needed, only a positive attitude, aptitude with hand tools, and a desire to learn. You will travel to customer locations or work at assigned sites to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, negotiating approvals, building customer relationships, and promoting services. This role offers unlimited earning potential, with first-year earnings projected between $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
