About The Position

Propelis is looking for a Painter to prepare, paint, and finish cabinets to achieve high-quality, durable, and visually consistent results. Hours: Tuesday - Friday 6am - 4:30pm Pay: $24 - $26 / hour This role onsite in Tigard, OR.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or
• Cabinetry painting experience
• Industrial spray finishing experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections
• Apply primers, paints, stains, and sealers using spray equipment or hand tools
• Match colors, stains, and finishes to specifications or customer requirements
• Inspect surfaces between coats and perform touch-ups as needed
• Maintain spray booths, tools, and finishing equipment
• Follow proper drying, curing, and handling procedures
• Follow safety guidelines for handling chemicals, paints, and equipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
