About The Position

CMC, an Associa company, is hiring a Painter to support its condominium community in Washington, DC. The Painter is part of a maintenance team responsible for maintaining associations, including exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, minor roofing repairs, and other exterior responsibilities. The role helps ensure the communities managed by the company are properly and safely maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and work proactively.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently and prevent buildings from deteriorating.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Operate systems and equipment, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
