Painter 1st shift
About The Position
AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. This role involves the safe operation of machines and tools, living and promoting Ariens Core Values, and working as part of a team to paint outdoor power equipment according to specifications. The Painter will handle raw materials and/or parts, operate necessary equipment, adhere strictly to standard work procedures, and assist team members as needed to meet daily production goals. This position also includes completing operator preventative maintenance on equipment and demonstrating effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth
- Must complete respirator questionnaire
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
