About The Position
AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. This role involves the safe operation of machines and tools, living and promoting Ariens Core Values, and working as part of a team to paint outdoor power equipment according to specifications. The position requires handling raw materials, operating necessary equipment, adhering to standard work procedures, and assisting team members as needed to meet production goals. Additionally, the role includes completing operator preventative maintenance on equipment, effective problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth
- Must complete respirator questionnaire
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Safe operation of machines and tools

- Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
- Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
- Operates equipment needed to perform the job

- Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
