About The Position

This position is responsible for preparing and painting product to specifications using HVLP equipment. The primary objectives are to prepare and paint quality product in a timely manner and to ensure daily work adheres to the quality management system. The 1st shift operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Requirements

• Experience using HVLP equipment
• Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Experience with different types of coating products (epoxy, enamel, primer, etc.)
• Understanding of two‐part paint mix ratios
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Preparation and painting experience in a related industry
• Good mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Preparing and Painting of product
• Accurate identification of products (stamping, marking, etc.)
• Final coating Inspection of parts
• Following safety procedures
• Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
