This includes assigning workload, communicating to internal customers, providing continuous feedback on the daily performance of the team; listening, responding and coaching team members about concerns with standard work and process issues; and works towards meeting department goals. Hours: M-Th, 1:30 P.M. - 12:00 A.M.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read prints.
Nice To Haves
- Previous powder coat experience preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.
- Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.
- Good working knowledge of powder coat application.
- Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.
