About The Position

Paint Support is expected to safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations. This role involves efficiently loading and unloading raw parts from the paint line, understanding the impact of quality, and adhering to established procedures and policies. The position requires compliance with company and site safety rules and maintaining a clean work environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
• Regularly required to stand and walk.
• On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
• Must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds.
• Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
• Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.
