Monarch Investment is seeking a Painter to join their team at The Park Apartments in Lubbock, TX. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Painting both interior and exterior applications
Drywall repair
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
Other duties and special projects as assigned
