About The Position

CMC, an Associa company, is hiring a Painter to support its condominium community in Washington, DC. The Painter will be part of the maintenance team responsible for maintaining Associations, with work involving mostly exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, minor roofing repairs, and other exterior responsibilities. The goal is to ensure the communities managed by the company are properly and safely maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and work proactively.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to help building systems operate efficiently and prevent the physical condition of buildings from deteriorating.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to maintain the building.
• Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
