About The Position

The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is seeking a Painter/Plasterer to join the Engineering Services department. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. The Painter/Plasterer will be responsible for the upkeep of all public areas and guest rooms, ensuring the hotel's decor remains in good condition. This position requires a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols, as well as adherence to Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Able to lift more than 5 lbs.
• Stand/Walk throughout shift
• Bend/Stoop
• Climb ladders

Responsibilities

• Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
• Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out Daily Work form.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
