Requirements

Must be 18 yrs. or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years spray-painting experience required.
Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications.
Safety conscious and conforms to ES&H requirements.
Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of the ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

NADCAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Finishes, to include masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, encapsulation, and chemical finishing.
Lamination stacking, bonding, fluidize bedding, motor impregnation, coil covering, helicoil insertion and other minor assembly.
Remaining flexible to start and stop hot jobs when needed.
Needs to be able to transition to 2nd shift 1pm-12am or weekend shift Fri/Sat/Sunday 6am-6pm.
