About The Position
This role involves learning and applying proper finishing techniques, using gauges and color boards. The position requires manually sanding or applying finishing materials between operations while wearing personal protective equipment. There is significant job rotation within and between departments. This position requires a variety of movement, reaching, and bending on a continuous basis.
