Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Painter Blaster
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and applying various prepping solutions
- Apply paint or coating using a spray gun, brush, or roller
- Operate blasting equipment to remove paint, rust, and other debris from surfaces
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
