Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Blaster Painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, and sanding
- Operate blasting equipment to remove old paint and rust
- Apply paint and other coatings using various techniques
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect the finished product to ensure quality standards are met
