Position Summary The Entry-Level Powder Coat Painter supports the preparation, coating, and handling of aluminum components to meet production and quality standards. This role includes cross-training and assisting other production areas as needed. Ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; manufacturing or painting experience preferred
• Ability to learn equipment and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging, staging)
• Apply powder coating following work orders and quality standards
• Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, and defects
• Operate and maintain coating equipment (training provided)
• Monitor curing process and ensure proper finish quality
• Move materials safely throughout production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Assist with general production tasks as needed
