About The Position

Develop list of materials required based on different paints, stains and resins. Prepare surfaces based on paints/stains utilizing proper tools and primer agents. Patch walls based on surfaces and textures; includes stucco finishes. Utilizes proper tools including air sprayer and texture tools. Paint touch-up of the buildings and the Health Center rooms as required. Painting activities as contracted with independent residential units.

Requirements

• One year experience as a painter, or one to three years as a painter's helper preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
