About The Position
Join TRP Infrastructures as a Paint Truck Foreman specializing in Pavement Marking. We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and manage our pavement marking operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Foreman, you will lead a skilled team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure all projects are completed on time and to specification. This role is critical in enhancing road safety through precise and professional application of pavement markings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pavement marking or related field.
- Proven leadership skills managing crews in a construction or infrastructure environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint truck operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
