About The Position

AriensCo is hiring a Paint Technician for its Fayetteville, Tennessee location. The role prepares parts for painting by ensuring they are properly cleaned and ready for the next stage of production. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime as production dictates. Starting pay is $20.00.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to problem-solve effectively.
Strong language, mathematical, and reasoning ability.
Ability to stand for 10 hours a day.
Ability to use hands to position parts.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
Must wear required personal protective equipment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and tools safely.
Conduct conductivity, pH, titration, ultrasound, oil split, soil load, and total and free alkalinity testing.
Test conductivity and hardness of reverse osmosis (RO) water.
Perform routine washer maintenance, including work on nozzles and bath dumps.
Perform routine paint line work, including loading and unloading parts and painting.
Work on special projects.
