About The Position

Daifuku is seeking a Paint Prepper to load and unload parts from a continuous powder coat line while maintaining an organized and safe work area. The employee assists the team lead as needed to support team productivity and efficiency. Duties include selecting proper hanging devices, identifying parts related to work orders, and loading and unloading parts on the powder coat line. Employees must comply with Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures and help ensure sustainable process outputs that support continuous improvement, leading industry performance, and customer satisfaction. The position is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The listed salary range is $18.00–$21.00 USD.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Ability to read and follow work orders and numerical instructions.
Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Team orientation.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to meet the described physical and environmental demands, including medium work, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, repetitive motions, and close visual acuity.

Nice To Haves

Crane operation experience preferred but not required.
Forklift operation experience preferred but not required.
Big Joe operation experience preferred but not required.
