About The Position
ALUDEC is experiencing growth and is seeking dedicated and talented individuals to contribute to customer success. This role involves painting operations within a manufacturing environment, adhering to strict quality protocols and deadlines.
Requirements
- High School graduate or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience desired.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisors.
- Must be reliable to come to work and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Must pass a vision test to maintain Aludec quality part production.
Responsibilities
- Handle a paint gun
- Be able to handle pressure of strict deadlines
- Must pass a vision test to maintain Aludec quality part production
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with changes in temperature
- Be willing to learn and follow Aludec painting techniques to comply with Aludec quality protocols
- Will follow process cards
- Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager
