About The Position

In addition, Aqualisa completes our portfolio with its market-leading digital showering technology. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manual Sprayer to join our growing team. This role works across split shifts, Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.
Requirements
- Previous manual spraying experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Following SOPs and processes consistently
- Working towards and achieving production targets
- Identifying and communicating defects, unsafe practices, or equipment issues
- Being organised, methodical, and reliable in your approach
- A solid understanding of manual spray techniques and processes
- Experience of surface preparation and finishing work
- A proactive attitude and pride in producing high-quality results

Responsibilities
- Preparing sinks prior to spraying, ensuring surfaces meet the highest quality standards
- Carrying out detailed pre-spray inspections
- Spraying engobe undercoat or glaze paint onto sinks with precision and consistency
- Supporting the movement of products through the spray process
- Taking pride in delivering a flawless finish on every luxury product
- Maintaining housekeeping standards through regular cleaning of the work area
