About The Position

This role involves applying primer, texture, and paint to finished drywall surfaces. The Drywall Texture Sprayer will be responsible for understanding methods and equipment for spray applications, operating spray equipment, and ensuring quality finishes. This position also includes tasks related to site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment, & methods used in spray applications.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Time management & self-motivation.
• Able to work in all weather conditions typically found in construction.

Responsibilities

• Understands methods & equipment involved in all spray applications
• Operation of spray equipment & application of primer, texture, and paint.
• Back-checking maskers' work
• Double-check finish quality
• Maintenance & cleanliness of all tools & equipment as assigned.
• Cleaning, masking, scraping, sweeping as needed.
• Application, removal & disposal of masking as needed.
• Mixing material
• Loading and unloading of material, equipment & tools.
• Returning the scaffold and leftover material to the shop.
• Operate forklift
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Back rolling paint
