Requirements

• Experience with basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and tasks.
• Familiarity with ISO9000 and AS9100 standard processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in job tracking, data entry, and paperwork.
• Adherence to corporate and local office policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanding, blending, shaping, cleaning, masking, and other tasks related to the preparation and completion of industrial parts for military coating finishes.
• Work with basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers daily.
• Working as a team and individually towards a common goal with clear communication efforts.
• Follow standard and common shop processes to perform work tasking but also be able to 'adapt and overcome' when appropriate.
• Follow ISO9000 and AS9100 standard processes and procedures.
• Job tracking, data entry, and paperwork as deemed necessary.
• Project scheduling and demands are fluid thus tasking may deviate when necessary.
• Follow corporate and local office policies and procedures including but not limited to; daily timecard recording and Email checks.
