Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Verify paint specifications and maintain accurate mixing records
Monitor paint inventory and ensure adequate supplies of paint, catalysts, filters, and related materials
Report any out-of-spec materials to leadership or engineering
Operate, clean, and maintain paint guns, pumps, and related equipment
Flush systems during color changes and perform routine cleaning
Properly handle and dispose of paint waste while following environmental guidelines
Receive, scan, store, and manage inventory using FIFO processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mixing room
Complete daily paint usage reports and required documentation
Support production activities, including assisting hand painters and changing filters when needed
Participate in safety programs, team meetings, and training activities
