About The Position
NPF Finishing is looking for a Paint Line Product Handler to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring parts are perfectly placed, thoroughly inspected, and meet exacting standards within the powder coating process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have stamina for hands-on work, and a drive for excellence. While experience in powder coating is a plus, it is not required as training will be provided. Previous manufacturing or similar hands-on experience is helpful.

- Strength and stamina—able to lift and move heavy materials safely throughout your shift

- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is helpful

- Experience with powder coating
Responsibilities
- Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
- Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating
- Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies
- Keep your workspace clean and safe while contributing to an efficient production line
