About The Position

As a Paint Line General Laborer, you help deliver high-quality finished products by preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and ensuring finishes meet specifications. Your consistency and attention to detail contribute to product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves working in a fast-paced production environment and collaborating with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and very loud noise levels requiring hearing protection. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment; assembly experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Reliable team player with clear communication skills.
