About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,200+ unit community. The role involves performing various drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing. Responsibilities also include completing interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas, as well as preparing surfaces for painting. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team. Reliable transportation is a must. Requirements

Must have reliable transportation
Prolonged periods standing and walking
Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather

Responsibilities

Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
Participate in on-call rotation
Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
