Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join their team at the 1,200+ unit community, Ramblewood Apartments. This role involves performing various drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing. The technician will also be responsible for interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas, as well as preparing surfaces for painting. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team. Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and minor wall repairs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
