About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Ramblewood Apartments, a community with over 1,200 units. The role involves performing drywall repairs and interior painting, and requires participation in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and minor wall repairs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
